Ordering Repeat Prescriptions:
We do not accept verbal requests over the telephone for repeat
prescriptions. All requests must be made as follows:
1.) By using the appropriate computer slip and ticking each item as required
and then dropping this into the prescription post box in reception, or
posting through the door.
2.) In writing, stating clearly the items you require, printing your name, date
of birth, address, who prescribed the medication and also the strength and
dosage.
3.) If you want your prescription to be sent through the post, please enclose
a Stamped Addressed Envelope.
PLEASE REMEMBER - YOUR PRESCRIPTION WILL BE READY WITHIN 48
HOURS (2 WORKING DAYS) LATER.
Soon you will be able to order your repeat prescriptions online.
